Reservations and Prices
Animals accepted. In July and August only requests for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday, are considered.
Prices per apartment per week from 500€ to 1250€, depending on the type of apartment and seasonality. To book, contact us at the following email address:
indicating the chosen period, the type of apartment you are interested in, the number of people and any specific needs (extra pounds, baby bed, high chair and so on). We will be happy to answer you as soon as possible about availability. To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
The price includes linen (with weekly change), guarded parking, final and weekly cleaning, access to the beach and use of deck chairs, sun loungers, shower and changing room, use of the equipped barbecue area and sports equipment (table tennis, table football, beach volleyball).
The apartment is available at the entrance from 2 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10.30 a.m. unless previously agreed upon.
Inside there is ample guarded parking, also suitable for boats following sport fishing and water skiing enthusiasts. The beach, accessible only to guests, is 200 meters from the apartments and is the strength of the farm for its privacy and for the care of the lawn that surrounds the beach, clean water and a sandy and gently sloping seabed, safe for adults and children. Additional costs: canoe rental, extra beds, additional cleaning and midweek linen changes on request.
The owners live on the farm, always available for suggestions, directions for itineraries and special needs.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION: up to 60 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be paid and the deposit will be returned; the deposit will be retained from 59 to 30 days before the check-in date; from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, 60% of the total cost of the stay will be charged; in the last 14 days 90% of the total cost will be charged.
